Every year, TMV contributes about US $ 1 billion (23,000 billion) to the state budget, bringing the total amount of tax payments in the 22 years of operation to approximately US $ 8 billion.
Over the past 03 years (2015, 2016, 2017), after-tax revenue of TMV has reached more than 1.255 billion USD – more than 1.484 billion USD – over 1.587 billion USD and the amount of TMV paid to the state budget over the years $ 946 million – $ 1.5 billion – $ 1 billion respectively.
With that in mind, with the development of the company, TMV is providing stable employment for over 1,900 employees at TMV and nearly 34,000 employees at the dealership and supplier network. This is the result of the efforts of TMV during the past 22 years.
Based on the assessment and development of the Vietnamese automobile market, TMV always expects to develop automobile production in Vietnam. As a result, TMV has decided to expand its land area to meet the requirements of the Government’s Decree 116/2017 / ND-CP as well as to upgrade and expand the line. production to increase capacity to 90,000 vehicles per year (expected in 2023).
With the expansion and upgrading of the above mentioned capacity, as calculated in the proposal file of TMV, after raising the production output, the TMV tax payment to the state budget will be increased.
According to the actual situation, the project capacity of TMV is fully in line with the socio-economic and socio-economic development objectives of the Master Plan for Socio-Economic Development in Ho Chi Minh City. Offer to expand the area of about 9.1 hectares
In order to achieve the expected capacity, TMV would like to lease land to expand the project with an area of about 9.1 hectares in Phuc Thang and Hung Vuong. Phuc Yen (Vinh Phuc), adjacent to the south of the project area of TMV was granted the land use certificate No. 00002 / QD / LDNN dated 20/10/1995 of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee Phuc Thang Ward, Vinh Yen (Vinh Phuc province).
According to the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc Province, the source of land for expansion of the project is mainly agricultural land allocated to households and individuals. According to the land use planning in line with the revised land use plan up to 2020, Vinh Phuc’s final land use planning (2016-2020) was approved by the Government in Resolution No. 49 of 2018 .

According to the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province, in order to expand the factory area, the province is facing difficulties in implementing land procedures for the area applied for plant expansion in accordance with the provisions of the Land Law. 2013.
